standing between 30° and 35° S (same as Mediterranean Region) with the
highest quality standards through traditional methods.

Medium fruity aroma, mostly of mature fruit with some connotations of green fruit No astringency perceived. With attributes of green leaves, ripe tomato and banana, dried fruits and almond. It has a lightly sweet end. The peppery attribute is perceived late with
certain persistence with medium intensity and bitter taste.
